AZULIBER is incorporating the BIM work system, offering its ceramic products to all the links of the chain involved in building. BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a collaborative work model that allows the three-dimensional virtual replication of a project through advanced design software, implementing all the necessary information at the different stages of its life cycle. This 3D recreation by computer imitates the process of building and planning, according to real constructive elements using data from manufacturers.

Throughout the process of BIM, the different technicians (architects, engineers, builders, maintenance companies ...) can develop their work with the same objective at the design level, structural level, installation, and energy among others, with the aim of improving communication and the drafting of projects, cost optimization and budget deviations, improving work deadlines and follow-up both in execution and maintenance.

The use of BIM technology in building projects is essential to access public publications in the many countries of the world and its use is being consolidated worldwide, giving a qualitative leap to construction.

In the BIM model of a building, as in a real building, each of the components and materials are used to meet the technical specifications, and to offer information that sets it apart from it´s competitors.

Azuliber BIM models contain the necessary data so that prescribers can make choices following the relevant criteria for each use. Additionally, the architect will be able to generate high quality images, enabling him to show his clients a room scene with greater accuracy.
